This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Atlas Method memberships and related purchases. It should be read together with our Terms of Use. Atlas Labs operates Atlas Method (“Atlas Method,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. WHO BILLS YOU
Atlas Method web memberships are billed through Paddle. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and payment provider for web purchases.
iOS subscriptions purchased through Apple — including in the Atlas Method iPhone app — are billed and managed by Apple. Atlas Method is not the payment processor for those App Store purchases.
2. WEB PURCHASES (PADDLE)
Refund requests for web purchases should be handled according to Paddle’s refund process and any applicable consumer-law requirements. You can contact Atlas Method support (below) or use the payment communications Paddle sends after checkout.
We review web refund requests in good faith. Whether a refund is issued can depend on the purchase channel, how recently the charge occurred, whether and how the service was used, and applicable law. We do not promise that every request will be approved, and we do not treat every purchase as automatically non-refundable.
3. iOS / APP STORE PURCHASES (APPLE)
Refund requests for subscriptions or other purchases made through Apple must be requested through Apple. Apple, not Atlas Method, decides those refunds.
You can typically start a request at Apple’s Report a Problem page (https://reportaproblem.apple.com) or through your Apple ID subscription settings. Atlas Method cannot issue an App Store refund on Apple’s behalf.
4. CANCELLATION IS NOT A REFUND
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically mean a refund for charges already processed. You generally keep access through the end of the paid period unless a refund is granted through the applicable purchase channel.
5. WHAT MAY AFFECT ELIGIBILITY
Refund eligibility may depend on:
• Whether you purchased on the web (Paddle) or on iOS (Apple);
• The timing of the request relative to the charge;
• Whether the membership or service was used;
• Promotional, complimentary, or trial terms that applied to the purchase; and
• Consumer-protection or other laws that apply to you.
6. BILLING QUESTIONS AND SUPPORT
For questions about a web (Paddle) purchase, email [email protected] with the email used at checkout and any Paddle receipt or transaction details.
For App Store purchases, request a refund through Apple first. You may still email us if you need help locating your Atlas Method account.
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page.
