IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Atlas Method, operated by Atlas Labs, provides general fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle information and software tools. It is NOT medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or other qualified professional.
1. NO MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Use of the Service does not create a doctor–patient, clinician–client, or dietitian–client relationship. Our coaches (human or AI) are not your personal physicians.
2. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS VARY
Weight change, body composition, performance, and health outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific result, timeline, or outcome.
3. GET MEDICAL CLEARANCE
Before starting or changing an exercise program, diet, calorie deficit, supplement routine, or fasting protocol — especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, recovering from surgery, have a history of disordered eating, take medication, or have any medical condition — consult your physician. Follow your clinician’s instructions over any app guidance.
4. STOP IF UNSAFE
Stop exercising and seek emergency care for chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting, uncontrolled bleeding, sudden severe pain, or other emergency symptoms. Do not use the Service to manage acute medical emergencies.
5. AI AND AUTOMATED GUIDANCE
AI-generated meal plans, workout swaps, chat replies, and weekly adjustments can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. Always verify recommendations against your own judgment and professional advice. Do not rely on the Service for medication interactions, allergy management beyond what you accurately entered, or clinical decisions.
6. NUTRITION INFORMATION
Macros, calories, restaurant estimates, and grocery lists are approximate. Food labels, restaurant portions, and home cooking vary. Allergies and intolerances remain your responsibility to manage.
7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Physical activity and dietary change involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, and in rare cases serious harm. See our Assumption of Risk. By using the Service you accept those risks.
8. LIMITATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Labs disclaims liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your reliance on the Service. Additional limits appear in the Terms of Service.
